Ed has been a fantastic find - right from the first meeting he gave us confidence and shared the vision of what we wanted for our extension. He drew up plans, tweaked where necessary and then went through the Planning Process which got us a very quick decision on consent, despite having to send more information to the council. Going forwards we will certainly be using him for other aspects of our build. Highly recommend!!

Everything made easy by a real expert with the personal touch. I know that at the end of this project, we will have something better than we had envisaged at less cost than we had anticipated. I was looking for someone local to get us through the planning application and to produce the design, building regs compliance, materials requirements and schedule for an extension and renovation project and to identify capable, quality contractors to do the job without breaking the bank. It's a big ask and I didn't want the proposals to be limited by what a prime contractor (builder) might be capable of or willing to do. As soon as I met Ed from Grow Architectural, I knew that I had found the person I was looking for. He is an architect and an engineer, as well as having practical personal experience of complex renovations and has a list of trusted tradespeople who have all proved themselves to him. His vision, knowledge and understanding are matchless and his standards and those he expects from contractors set the benchmark for quality. He is a great listener and all our discussions are positive and productive. I get a real sense that he wants to take us to where we want to be with this project while along the way offering us options that we had not considered. That's the advantage of consulting an expert. My advice based on our experience: look no further and look nowhere else.

Ed was amazing from start to finish! Found GROW Architectural online as I was tired of recommendations that don’t live up to expectations, Ed was quick to get us booked in and gave us a very quick and smooth turn around, was also more then happy to assist us when we wanted to change certain aspects of the future plans, also saw me through the whole process of getting necessary consents, couldn’t recommend him more!
